BRAND EXPLORATION
SOMA’s brand dedicates their vision to comfort and inclusivity for each and every woman. As research began into what was needed in this particular market, it was discovered that comfort, health, and innovation were essential in a market where the idea of sex dominates. Maximizing health and comfort while not compromising the overall aesthetic was imperative into re-thinking new ways on how a bra can function.
It is understood that women deserve more than just a bra; they deserve an empowering experience that caters to their individuality. By prioritizing comfort and inclusivity, this collection aims to redefine the industry's standards. Through innovative design and a commitment to women's health, this collection challenges conventional notions and creates intimates that not only look beautiful but also put wellness at the forefront.

ADJUSTABLITY & EASE
Adjustability and ease in bras are essential because they provide personalized comfort and convenience, allowing women to effortlessly adapt their lingerie to their unique body shapes and preferences. The research highlighted designs that are easy to put on and take off and have innovative accessibility options. This ensures a comfortable fit throughout the day and promotes overall well-being for each and every woman.
SUSTAINABILITY
This design revolves around sustainability. The customer can purchase one shell of a bra, and choose which pad fits their activity and comfort level best. Ranging from low to high impact, built in lycra panels support the breasts in any circumstance.
LOW IMPACT
Best for activities with low degree of movement. Offers light, comfortable support and is a great option for women with smaller breasts or those participating in gentle activities.

MEDIUM IMPACT
Best for versatility, including both low and higher impact activities. Medium impact offers an extra level of support and a slight degree of compression. This is a great option for women with all cup sizes.

HIGH IMPACT
Best for activities involving jumping and rigorous movement. This bra is made with a high degree of compression and support to control bouncing. There is more support in the straps and bottom band which makes this style ideal for larger cup sizes.

80% of women wear the wrong bra size resulting in consequences to their health. Some negative consequences include pain, irritation, tenderness, restricted movement, and compromised circulation. As research continued, it became apparent that bras are an essential tool for maintaining spinal alignment, reducing discomfort, preventing breast sagging, and reducing muscle strain. Choosing a bra that provides adequate support is important for overall comfort and well-being. This bra corrects imbalances, allowing women to readapt their posture through muscle memory to maintain wellness.
